SIGNATURE PROGRAM FOR HOSPITAL PHYSICIANS
Physician Restoration Program™
A private, concierge program for hospital physicians. Four weeks of
one-on-one intensive care, then six months of continued support.
For the physician who is still showing up
We show up. We chart, we round, we take the next call. From the outside, everything
works.
Inside, the alarm doesn’t turn off. Sleep doesn’t restore. A case from last year
arrives uninvited at the dinner table. We’re in the room, but not fully there.
Who do physicians turn to when being seen struggling feels like a risk?
WHO THE PROGRAM SERVES
Hospital physicians in high-acuity medicine
Hospital-based physicians and physician partners, especially in
anesthesiology, cardiology, trauma surgery and neurosurgery,
orthopedics, OB-GYN and psychiatry.
Physicians often reach out:
- after an adverse outcome, a patient death or a critical incident
- when moral injury or a “second victim” experience won’t settle
- after years of always-on alertness that rest no longer resets
- when the strain is showing up at home

Will my hospital or employer know?
Not from us. We don’t contact your employer, hospital or credentialing body unless you ask us to or
the law requires it. We’ll walk through confidentiality and its legal limits on your first call.
I don't live in Minnesota. Can I take part?
Yes. Physicians from other states travel to Saint Paul for the intensive weeks. We’ll talk through how
ongoing support works from where you live.
How soon can I start?
Often sooner than you’d expect. Short-notice starts are part of how we work.
What happens during the intensive?
Focused one-on-one time with built-in rest, tailored to you. We share the specifics in person rather
than in print.
